Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of theplugweekly.com and anything you buy from The Plug Weekly, a small independent business operated by Aaron Dunn. By using the site you agree to them.
The newsletter
The Plug Weekly is a free weekly email. You can unsubscribe at any time. Content is for information only; tool mentions are not security audits or endorsements, so evaluate any tool before using it with real data. Sponsored content is always labelled.
Paid offerings
If we offer sponsorships or a paid tier, payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Digital content and fees already paid are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except as required by law.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Prices and offerings may change, but not for orders already paid.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, scraping that degrades the service, attempts to break security, or infringing content.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, and branding belong to The Plug Weekly. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Plug Weekly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
